What you get on Beta Day: booking pages, availability, unmetered video on our servers, your own isolated database with nightly tested backups, booking emails, calendar sync (beta), and per-team API keys, beta. Teams are live as well: round-robin and collective events, and a Members page for your staff. Webhooks are live too, and the importer from Cal.com is in beta: we run it for you. Routing forms, workflows and SSO are still being built and come at no extra cost when they ship. The feature list below is kept honest and updates the moment something ships.
Everything your team needs to get booked
The full feature set, on every plan, because there is only one plan. Here is what runs today and what we are still building. We would rather tell you than let you find out.
Booking pages and availabilityLive
Share a link, let people pick a time that genuinely works, and get a confirmation. Working hours, buffers and time zones handled.
Meetings on our servers, unmeteredLive
Every booking creates its own video room on QuantiMeet infrastructure. Nobody needs an account to join. No third-party video fees, no per-minute meter.
Per-team API keysBeta
Each team makes its own keys in its dashboard and uses them on its own address: create event types, book, reschedule and cancel programmatically, with fair limits designed for automation rather than against it.
Round-robin and collective eventsLive
Distribute meetings across your team automatically, or require everyone in the room. Add your staff on the Members page, make some of them admins, and share one booking page for the whole team.
Routing forms and workflowsBuilding
Ask a few questions and send each booker to the right person. Follow-ups and triggers that run themselves.
Calendar syncBeta
Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Outlook: your busy time blocks your booking page, and every booking lands in your calendar. The tokens we store for it are encrypted with your team's own key. CalDAV and iCloud are next.
WebhooksLive
Add a webhook on an event type, and it receives a message for each booking and each cancellation, signed with the secret you set. Point it at your own automations.
Importer from Cal.comBeta
We bring your event types and availability across from Cal.com for you, on request. Your users stay in Cal.com, and so do existing bookings until they happen.
Single sign-onBuilding
SAML single sign-on for your team.

Public launch October 20, 2026. Launch promo: sign up from October 20 to November 20, 2026 (Pacific Time) and pay CA$5/month for your first 6 months, then CA$10/month.
Beta teams (the first 25, from September 22) do better still: 6 months free after launch, then CA$10/month.
Everything on this list is included at one price. The items marked with a circle are still being built, and they arrive at no extra cost when they do.
The Fair Pricing Pledge
The scheduling market taught users to expect moved goalposts. We put our promises in writing, on this page, on day one.
Your price is locked
The price you sign up at is the price you keep. Any future change applies to new customers, not you.
Your data is yours
Full export, anytime, in open formats. Leaving is one click. We earn your renewal, we do not hold it hostage.
30 days' notice
Any material change to the service comes with 30 days' written notice. No surprises in your invoice or your workflow.
One-click cancellation
Cancel from your dashboard in one click. No retention flows, no support tickets, no "call us to cancel".
No punitive API pricing
No per-request fees, no overage charges, and no account suspensions for using the API you are paying for.
Honest invoices
Correct legal names and full in-app history. Boring, the way invoices should be.
Questions, answered plainly
How can it be CA$10 flat when others charge per user?
Per-user pricing charges you for growing. Our costs do not scale per seat the way those prices imply, so our price does not either. We would rather have many teams at a fair price than fewer at an inflated one.
When does QuantiMeet launch?
Two dates. Beta Day is September 22: the first 25 teams get in free and stay free for 6 months after launch. Public launch is October 20, with the launch promo for everyone who signs up from October 20 to November 20, 2026 (Pacific Time): CA$5/month for your first 6 months, then CA$10/month. Both prices lock for as long as you stay.
What is actually working right now?
Booking pages, availability, self-hosted video on every booking, isolated databases with tested nightly backups, booking emails, and webhooks for your own automations. Calendar sync with Google Calendar and Outlook is in beta. Per-team API keys, beta: each team's keys work on its own address. Round-robin and collective events are live for every team, with a Members page for your staff. The importer from Cal.com is in beta, and we run it for you. Routing forms, workflows and SSO are still being built. The feature list above marks each one, and we keep that list honest.
What does a beta team commit to?
Nothing. No card, no contract, and you can leave in one click with a full export. We ask for one thing in return: tell us what is missing or wrong. You will get a reply from a person, usually the same day.
Is my team's data mixed in with everyone else's?
No. Each team gets its own isolated database, and you can export it whenever you want. A choice of where that database physically lives is still being built, and is not offered at signup yet.
What happens to the video calls?
They run on QuantiMeet's own servers in Canada, not on a third-party per-minute video service. Included in your plan and unmetered. Connecting Google Meet, Zoom or Teams instead is on the build list.
Who is behind QuantiMeet?
QuantiMeet is built and operated by 1607726 B.C. Ltd., doing business as QuantiMeet, a British Columbia company, on our own infrastructure end to end. This product exists because we wanted it for ourselves.
